     Your Auction Checklist (what you'll do!)
  • Organize your committees
  • Save the Date
  • Choose location and theme
  • Hire a professional auctioneer immediately to assist in all aspects of planning and organization of the auction portion of your event
  • Select entertainment, special/honored guest, speaker, or master of ceremonies (if applicable)
  • Reserve all necessary equipment such as a quality sound system, lighting, computers, software, slide show screen/projector, or other technical elements needed for your event
  • Solicit Live and silent auction items; raffles; etc. and identify Fund-A-Need/Fund-An-Item appeal
  • Arrange sponsors, underwriters, etc. and target advertising to print in your event program
  • Provide auctioneer with a listing of your Live Auction items for ONLINE BIDDING    
  • Create and send flyers, invitations, event program via email and mail (if applicable) 
  • Promote your event (and remind your guests!) with local publicity
  • Compile your guests list and actively seek RSVP's to your event
  • Relax...deep breath...we'll take the rest from here!
 
   Partager Auction Checklist (what's included in our fee)
  • Display ALL your Live Auction items and offer on-line bidding in advance of the auction event*  
  • Customized "Auction Planning Guide" with over 70 pages of guidelines, tips, and resources to help you produce the most profitable auction event
  • Unlimited event development meetings, progress consultations and advice for you and your committees either in-person or phone/email---we’re here to answer your questions!**
  • Post your auction event information on our website AND we'll even link it to YOUR website for your guests to easily view
  • Train your committees/staff to assist the auctioneer, record bids, register and check-out guests as well as any other auction or event-related duties.
  • Provide a licensed/bonded professional auctioneer to maximize all bidding at your event and serve as your master of ceremonies, if you choose, to handle raffles, drawings, or other important announcements and introductions
  • Oversee Silent Auction portion of event by advising on starting bids and bid increments; monitoring bid sheets; encouraging active bidding via continuous announcements; and of course, closing all the silent auction sections in a clear, definitive manner to reach full potential of bidding
  • Consult on Live Auction item selection, item order and starting bids (so that your Live Auction brings in the most money)
  • SELL, SELL, SELL every item to the highest bidder during the Live Auction with our energetic, entertaining and commanding bid calling
  • Follow-up assessment meeting with us no later than one month after event

 

*Administrative setup fee will apply however we DO NOT take a percentage or any portion of your online sales like other online auction companies  

**If meetings or auction are not held in the greater San Diego area, applicable travel-related costs such as gas/flight/hotel to be paid by organization. Auctioneer will estimate charges on request and, if possible, will be included in contract.
